They adjusted the update package to fix the backpack bug and add some Halloween themed stuff. Infestations update isn't ready yet, but they wanted to do something fun for October. It was something they decided probably sometime last month, naming it update 31 instead of update 30.1.

10 wrz 2022 · update 31 is supposed to be the update to infestations. itll probably be in the ptr for a bit, so this answer will probably be confirmed before it affects the live version.
