WinterOS, a custom Windows 10/11 ISO, has a ton of obfuscated batch scripts in %SystemRoot%\WinterOS* (folder name may vary). More likely, it has a built-in backdoor (trojan). Please re-install Windows using only Microsoft genuine ISO image and never use custom made Windows ISOs.

17 wrz 2023 · Create a Startup script in the windows.wim file that executes a .BAT file that connects to the SMB server and executes a .BAT file which connects the Wi-Fi. You can run the commands post-installation from a thumb-drive via batch script.

On previous versions of Windows I have used the below technique to run a batch file on Windows startup. Create a shortcut to the batch file. Once the shortcut is created, right-click the shortcut file and select Cut.
