Startpage is a private search engine with no tracking, storing, or selling users’ search history. To ensure you have "always-on" search privacy AND to search Startpage directly from your URL bar, we recommend installing our search engine extension.
Startpage is the world’s most private search engine that doesn’t collect your personal data, retarget you with annoying ads, or save your search history. Our new tab extension sets Startpage as your default search engine and your new tab to the Startpage homepage at startpage.com.
Look for Startpage on the list of Recently visited search engines. (If it's not there, double check you are using GET and try another search.) If you switched your settings to GET, remember to switch back to POST.
Startpage is the world's most private search engine. Use Startpage to protect your personal data. Search and browse the internet without being tracked or targeted.
