If you can consistently follow a list of things and do them weekly, you are bound to make that happen. Every person can learn this art of growing and multiplying cell groups from scratch. I have had an opportunity to grow and multiply about 5 cell groups in our church. What does that mean?
One key requirement is that those attending the first pilot group should be ready and willing to eventually start their own small group (or pair up with another person to start a cell). How can I be healthy spiritually, grow others and get one to break out and also start replicating the process? If you can focus on building your cell groups in your church, your church will grow. The cell groups will close your back door so that people are able to connect without any problems.
