This transcript must include your date of graduation, so be sure you don’t send it until after you graduate unless otherwise indicated on your myStanState student center.

When ordering a transcript from your prior school, request that your transcript be sent electronically and select The Ohio State University as a recipient. In the absence of a list of universities to select, have your school email your encrypted transcript directly.
Students can send PDF transcripts to any valid email address (another college or university, third-party recipient or themselves). Current students, former students and alumni can request a PDF transcript online anytime and from virtually anywhere using the Credentials System.
Order a transcript or diploma. A Columbus State University transcript is a complete record of a student's coursework, including all undergraduate and graduate coursework. Partial transcripts, i.e. Undergraduate or Graduate only, are not available.
