Urologist (Dr. Hall) aggressively hovered over her and intimidated her, refusing to listen to her medical history or concerns. He just rudely talked over everyone including other staff. The intimidating behavior was so bad the nurses had to ask him to leave. Internal complaints were filed about his behavior.
