A Canvas account is automatically created for students admitted to attend Santa Rosa Junior College. Credentials for logging on to Canvas are your nine-digit Student ID + PIN Code. The same you use to login to your myCubby Portal.

If you are registered for a course, you can find it in Canvas by logging into your Canvas account: Access the SRJC Canvas login page. Use the same login you use to access your portal or “cubby.”. Once logged in, the Dashboard will display any Canvas courses you are enrolled in.
The Parent Portal is open for you to view your child's schedule, grades, and report cards. We invite you to use the attached instructions to log-in to schooltool to view your child's account. Schooltool also has a mobile app that allows parents to access the portal from their devices.
Most online classes at SRJC use the cloud-based learning platform Canvas. If you have enrolled in a class, you already have an account set up. You can log into Canvas from any page on the JC website, under the "LOGIN" button at the top of every page.
