Write a plug-in to connect to a local DB and export the data. 3. Use VB, C#, etc. to write an app that connects to Acrobat through the IAC and writes the data to a local DB.
I'm trying to get iFilter to work, I'm running Windows 10 64-bit with MS SQL Server 2017/2016 Developer version. I've downloaded the 64-bit version of iFilter 11 from Adobe website and I followed their guide here. Even though it's for MS SQL 2008/2012 it's still pretty easy to follow.

The answer is Yes, and No. Acrobat itself does not have any ability to connect to a DB directly. However, there are a couple of options. 1. On Windows, a LiveCycle form can connect to a DB through a standard ActiveX driver.

30 lip 2019 · i'm trying to see if there's a way to connect Acrobat to a SQL data source. Basically i need to create a document template, with some text and image boxes, and fill it with data from a SQL database . Boxes should be able to stretch and shrink depending on the text lenght. A sort of a basic document composition software.
