21 mar 2013 · I want to display an empty string if the field is the minimum date (1/1/1900), but my CASE statement doesn't work; CreatedDate displays 1900-01-01 00:00:00.000 in my query when that value is in the database. I'm using SQL Server 2008 R2.
19 sty 2001 · Since, we cannot insert a blank value instead of 1900…, we will use a workaround so we can at least display a blank value instead of a value that shows the date from another era. We will write a simple query, which will convert 1900-01-01 into a meaningful value.
30 sie 2016 · I am trying to copy a populated date in to a cell, but if that date cell is blank, I want to return a blank field. i.e. cell A1 is 31.07.16, cell A2 is blank. I want to create a formula that will pull the actual date of 31.07.16 and a blank field if A1 happens to be empty.
17 lis 2015 · You can't get an empty string because you're returning the DATE value type from ISNULL. Per the docs, ISNULL. Returns the same type as check_expression. If a literal NULL is provided as check_expression, returns the datatype of the replacement_value.

25 sty 2022 · Try Data > Get Data > From Other Sources > From Table/Range. Excel will probably convert the values to its own date/time format automatically. Alternatively, with such a value in D2 and down, enter the following formula in another cell in row 2, then fill down: =DATE(LEFT(A2,4),MID(A2,6,2),MID(A2,9,2))+TIMEVALUE(MID(A2,12,12))
29 mar 2016 · I'm trying to export from my pervasive SQL database to Excel. the date is stored as CHAR(8) I need them in a recognized date format for Excel so that I can use date filtering. What do I have to add to my SQL Query to convert this date?
