25 mar 2022 · I am trying to find an older stand alone version of Spyder for Windows. I have Spyder 5.2.2 installed and I am trying to use this with a conda environment that has the 2.2.1 kernels. The Spyder install will not honor a python 3.9.5 in my conda environment.
The standalone installers for Spyder 5.4.0+ include update functionality built right into Spyder, which after checking for updates will display a prompt to automatically download and install the current version.
