27 mar 2012 · Follow these steps and check if they help. I'd suggest you to boot your computer in a clean boot state and check if the issue persists. Note: Follow step 7 to restart your computer as usual and make sure you do not disable Sprint Smartview while performing clean boot. Uninstall and reinstall Sprint Smartview and check if that helps.
