16 mar 2009 · On my mildly worked 360 4BBL with a Torker intake, Holley 650 single feed and Mopar Purple cam (not very noticeable lope), what spark plugs would you guys recommend for all around driving ? The car runs nice and cool all of the time, manifolds instead of headers, and dual 2.5" exhaust.
30 kwi 2006 · Has anyone experimented with alternate spark plug gaps with the 360 engine? .040" is the spec gap size, but I wondered if anyone ran a larger gap so long as they didn't have a knock issue. How about a smaller gap?
Spark plug gap was 0.035 inches; resistor threads were recommended. Chrysler usually used Champion plugs, long after dropping their own home-grown line. Cars and light truck engines used a 14mm thread, while heavier-duty truck engines used an 18mm thread.
