Languages with downloaded proofing tools have a checkmark symbol. If you don't want Word, PowerPoint, or Outlook to mark errors in the selected text, select Do not check spelling or grammar.
3 lis 2022 · You can change the text language (used for spelling corrections) or the interface language (used for menus). Here's how. The instructions below will work for all recent versions of Microsoft PowerPoint.
To change the language settings for spell check in PowerPoint, you can open your presentation, select the text, then navigate to Review > Language > Set Proofing Language on the ribbon bar, choose the desired language from the list, and press “OK” to apply the changes.
The full list of languages can be found here. Execute the macro (by pressing F5 within the editor, or by selecting Tools, Macro, Macros, ChangeSpellCheckingLanguage, and clicking Run). After that all text elements within the presentation will have the new spelling language.
