SEMO Athletics is the reigning Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Cup Champions, awarded to one school in the OVC each school year for competitive excellence. Simply put, the Redhawks are the Best in the OVC. SEMO students always receive free admission to all regular season home athletic events.

The 2024 Southeast Missouri State Redhawks football team represents Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO) as a member of the Big South–OVC Football Association during the 2024 NCAA Division I FCS football season. Led by 11th-year head coach Tom Matukewicz, the Redhawks play home games at Houck Stadium in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
