28 kwi 2017 · The Sony Z9F is better than the Sony Z9D, unless you watch movies in the dark from directly in front. The Z9F is much brighter in SDR, and a bit brighter in HDR. The 2018 Z9F has much better motion handling, with significantly faster response time and less input lag, great for gaming.

However if you spend some time viewing top end models at 75" Sony Z9D ($9,000), Samsung 78 UN9800 ($9,000) and LG G6P 77'( a whopping $20,000).
26 wrz 2016 · Z9D is without doubt the best TV from Sony to date and one of the best LCD TVs ever but with a relatively high price tag ($6000) it has to compete with the other manufacturers’ flagship TVs, including LG’s 2016 OLED TVs that start at $4000 for 65".
Compare. The Sony X900F and the Sony Z9D have very similar performance. The Sony X900F has a faster response time, which is great when playing video games, and marginally better judder removal if you watch a lot of low fps content.

The Sony A1E has an OLED panel and can display perfect blacks, which is great for movies and HDR content. The Sony A1E also has an instantaneous response time which is excellent for playing video games. The Sony Z9D, however, is a better option if you are worried about the permanent burn-in risk.
