Reviews of the SACS9 are mixed, some people like it all right, others say it's weak and nowhere near the value for the money of the Sony Core towers and bookshelves.
10 lis 2018 · The SACS9 isn't designed to be an accurate, clean playing sub with low distortion that can play down to 20Hz and lower. I'm not insulting the SACS9. It's just that a 21lb 10" sub with 115 watts can only do so much due to physics, even if it had the lowest distortion numbers around.

I was gifted a SACS9 subwoofer this weekend with the premise that I can return it and get something else if I want. My budget can fit Dayton SUB 1000, as well as my space. I have a Yamaha VX-R385 receiver with two 8inch Mica speakers, one central and 2 surrounds - all Mica. My question is, is Dayton noticeably better.
