29 lis 2019 · As the name implies, this was made for servicing PS3's in repair shops, and in order to access it you'd need a jig that contains signed code by Sony that will allow you to access FSM. Now with CFW you do not need a jig as you can access FSM very easily but in theory its supposed to be done this way!

got a friends ps3 he wants me to try and fix, at first the disc wouldnt spin at all but after taking out the disc brake and cleaning the laser it seemed to go but it will try read then stop, then start, then stop. Ive got 2 different lasers that both do that in this console.
