Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account. Select Sign-in ID (Email address). Enter your new email address and click Confirm. You may need to sign in. You receive an email to your new email address asking you to verify your new sign-in ID. Click the Verify Now button in this email.

When the chat bot asks for access to your inbox click Yes (but then you need to actually be able to login into your email from actual email provider). Then, enter your sign-in ID which is the email = user ID.
