24 maj 2023 · There will be a sticker on the screen assembly which will indicate a maker and a model number. Do a search with that data and see if anything comes up. You can always consider purchasing a TV which is broken other than the LCD panel and use it to harvest the screen from that.

I have tried force resetting the TV through the documented procedure on the sony site (hold down the power and down volume buttons on the tv when booting on for 30 seconds) but that doesn't do anything.
New Bravia XBR55X930D screen cracked from the inside and Sony won't help. After having my new XBR55X930D for only a month the screen started cracking from the indside. I promptly alerted sony and after sending them pictures they are saying it is my fault! It is clearly not!
