4 maj 2015 · Turn off the computer. Remove the keyboard connector and verify that none of the pins are bent. Reinsert the keyboard connector directly to the keyboard port. Turn on the computer. Test the keyboard for proper function. Ensure the number lock feature of the keyboard is not activated. Clean the keyboard . Turn on the computer.
Individual keys do not function. Special keys / hotkeys / Fn keys do not function. Some keys are producing numbers instead of letters. Individual keys have become detached from the keyboard. One or more keys is not responding to key presses anymore.
