Try starting the update again from the Sonos app. If you control Sonos with more than one device, you can also retry the update using a different Sonos app. Unplug your router from power, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in. When your network is back online, try updating Sonos one more time.

If you have a few of the sonos products, I'd suggest turning them all off and opening the app then bringing them all online again and try manually initiating a system update via the app once they are all reconnected and visible in the app.

3 dni temu · If none of that works power down all but one Sonos, wire it to Ethernet and try the update again, if it works then try powering up the others and updating them. Thanks all. I deleted the app and reloaded and that allows the update to succeed ….although now although I can see all the units in the app they’re not connecting to the app.!

15 kwi 2021 · Sonos app prompts you to update but doesn’t give you the option to do so. To resolve this issue, uninstall the Sonos app from the device you are using and reinstall it from Sonos.com/support .
9 maj 2024 · I have deleted my Sonos app, Sonos account, reinstalled the app, set up a new account, factory reset all devices a dozen times, tried 2.4 GHz, IoT onboarding, etc, etc, etc. I can see the devices all connected to my Wifi, but none appears in the Sonos S2 app on my system.
