Share. iskillsy. • 8 yr. ago. The way some people look at it is that you can use the time you've saved by spending gp to do the task quickly at zulrah making the gp you've lost+ more. So say a kalphite task takes an hour without cannon and and half an hour with cannon but you lose 200k.
Keris weapons. The Keris is a dagger awarded from completing the Contact! quest. It increases damage against all kalphites by 33% with a 1/51 chance of dealing a hit with tripled damage. However, in general, the Keris is not recommended because of its low stats, despite the Kalphites' fairly low Defence of their own.
I have a Kalphites task and I’m wondering which route to take. I have level 70 for all combat stats plus 80 str. When I got task I bought cannon and made 1000 cballs, but my BIS range set-up is basic.
Kalphite are good xp because they're fast, if you're going for profit skip them. just cannon the little ones in the slayer cave east of the entrance to the desert. task takes like five minutes.
Using a Slayer Helm (i) while on task provides a far greater bonus to DPS than any other piece of gear. If you are struggling, do Slayer tasks until you receive a kalphite task. This will massively improve your chances of success.
