12 mar 2023 · I have had this monitor for 8 months. For the past month it started turning off and on by itself while using the computer, especially when I'm gaming to a point where it becomes unusable. Also when the screen turns off, the blue light behind the monitor is blinking every second.
27 mar 2022 · The monitor just suddenly goes out. There is no power failure. The computer keeps working. The power indicator light is on. The only way to get the monitor back to work is to press the power button twice (power off and power on again).
10 wrz 2019 · 1. Turn off the monitor. 2. Press and hold menu button and power on the monitor. 3. you will be in BenQ Service Page. 4. navigate to timer reset. 5. click OK and confirm in new dialog box. 6. turn off the monitor and on again. Problem solved.

28 gru 2016 · So i bought a dell monitor and it worked for 7 months but one day it just started turning off and on. It just randomly turned off and then back on instantly and after that it did it repeatedly. I plugged it in other computers and with different display cables but it still did it.
22 kwi 2018 · I tried the thermal paste and radiator fix first but the problem still persists and the monitor shuts off. Now for better understanding: You fixed it by completely replacing the electronic parts with a new one (MCR101)?
