Purchased a Sole Elliptical E25 from a Sporting Goods store and discovered the product was defective upon setting it up, unusable. Called Sole the same day and was promised prompt service. Now 2 weeks later and I have heard nothing back and I am unable to to reach anyone by either phone or email.

Got my wife a Sole F80. We decided to spend a little more to get better quality, believing the 3 year warranty was a good sign. Guess what? After a few months it stops working. This was almost 6 weeks ago. It takes them a very long time to respond to emails.
