Hi everyone, I Purchased a Sole fitness F 63 treadmill a few days ago. I reached out by email to Isabell the customer service representative there because they charged my card immediately. I cannot believe that they charged $1000 before the product is shipped.

We have requested through email to SOLE for an immediate refund of the full amount we paid to SOLE fitness for the treadmill.
No complaints with my sole F85 (?) mechanically but their Android app is the biggest flaming POS ever. All I wanted it to do was transfer my workout to somewhere online - Garmin, Strava, I don't care which one, just off the treadmill so I can log it.

I loved my treadmill while it worked. And I was really impressed by Sole customer service during the process of buying our treadmill. But now that it's broken, customer service has been a nightmare. It took numerous emails over two weeks just to get a reply from their support department.
