I have a Sole F80 treadmill (2021 I believe) and it functions fine, but Sole limits the bluetooth functionality so that it will not work with third-party fitness apps to control treadmill incline and speed, which means that you are stuck with their very small built-in workout menu.

Any service company with 20+ reviews over 4 stars should be okay, and like you said, you want one that answers the phone every time, or at least returns your calls. Anyway. I could go on and on. Let me know if I can help any further. Your Sole treadmill should work well once completely repaired.

Most all treadmills have lots of complaints on the net, whether it is Sole, Horizon, Proform, Nordictrack, or whatever. But Sole's complaints are the least. That is whether you check Amazon, Facebook, or any other site.
Sole is still one of the most reliable treadmills around. Yes, there has been some negativity in the past couple of months, which is more about parts not being available, but hopefully, they will be able to solve it.
