1 paź 2004 · I've had the SOG Twitch II with spring-assisted flipper for about 6 months now and would like to share some thoughts and pictures. The blade is 2.7 inches, handle 3.5 inches, for an overall of 6.2 inches and a weight of 3 oz. The clip is mounted right side only.
Dress the Twitch II up in its rosewood or anodized aluminum variants, and it looks even more the part. My brass-and-black version has a neat steampunk aesthetic that I think would turn heads without freaking out one’s coworkers. I’d argue the Twitch II is too small and too sophisticated to threaten a reasonable person.

29 sty 2023 · The SOG TWI8-CP Twitch II is an assisted opener, and it’s fast! It’s extremely sharp out of the box to boot, and usually stays securely locked easily. It’s also easy to sharpen if it dulls.
12 wrz 2011 · A few things I don't like about the design that ARE problems: 1) the SAT coiled spring pivot (more on this below); and 2) the weight. I am not sure why SOG felt the need to give this knife, with its aluminum handle slabs, full metal liners.
The SOG Twitch II is a very solid little EDC blade. The blade shape combined with the AUS-8 steel make it ideal for cutting rope, opening packages, and cutting cardboard. The handle fits the hand well and the open assist is a nice added feature.
