5 mar 2024 · All you need to do is select the 2G/3G option and avoid using 4G or LTE. Go to Settings > Mobile Service > select your eSIM from the SIMs list > Voice & Data > select 2G or 3G (if possible). I believe the main issue lies with the 4G/5G network settings in iOS.

10 mar 2023 · After December 31st, 2022, if you are a Verizon subscriber still rocking a device that is 3G (CDMA) or 4G that does not support HD Voice (Non-VoLTE), the device will no longer make/receive calls, send/receive text messages, or use data services.

First, after activating the phone on the TDP the order got stuck as pending because of going from 3g to 4g, making it impossible to switch without talking to customer service.
