22 mar 2015 · This study has examined a large cohort of patients with cancer and severe hyponatraemia (serum sodium level <115 mmol/L). We have confirmed the very poor survival in these patients, extending this to examine OS rather than the previously reported in-hospital mortality or 90 day mortality .
