You can try swapping out Blissey for Necrozma-DM, which is a way better answer to Xerneas, a better Stealth Rocker overall too, and eases the GDarm matchup a lot. This also frees Ferro up to run Power Whip to beat Kyogre instead.
Almost all Ubers are capable of increasing their stats through moves such as Calm Mind and Swords Dance, and it would do one well to take advantage of such boosting moves. One would think that with the enormous number of stat boosters, phazers would be in high demand.
