Serving since 1967, SMART is Southeast Michigan’s only regional public transportation provider. SMART offers convenient, reliable, and safe transportation for Macomb, Oakland and Wayne Counties.
You can purchase one of several Dart Regional Passes or SMART 31 Day Passes. Every pass is valid from the first day it is activated on a SMART Fixed Route bus. The activation and expiration date are printed on the back of the pass at the time of activation.
There are several ways to apply. 1. Download the Reduced Fare Card Application. 2. Send the filled-out application to Rosa Parks Transit Center, 360 Michigan Ave. Detroit, MI 48226. The filled-out form can also be dropped off Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The Fixed Route-DART Pass is the easiest, most affordable and economical way to connect to destinations throughout Macomb County, portions of Oakland and Wayne County. Pay once and ride on DDOT/SMART/QLine for one low cost. There are no more transfers and no more confusing fees.
