10 lut 2024 · If you're on one of the more recent versions, and using SkyUI, then you need the "Difficulty Persistence Fix" mod. Sky UI got bugged with the more recent updates due to Bethesda modifying the UI. That mod patches it so it works properly again.
20 maj 2020 · The fix for this is to use SSEEdit to set Skyrim.esm as a master file for SkyUI and the problem seems to have fixed itself. admittedly this has now caused $ to appear in front of almost every piece of menu text, but that's a separate issue that ill start working on now.
9 gru 2023 · If you're using SkyUI, then it's a known bug. The recent update has introduced a new item, leading the (menu) indices being incorrectly managed by SkyUI. They're working on updating the mod, but there's a separate fix-mod for that already; SkyUI Difficulty Persistence Fix @ https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/106418
22 sty 2024 · The guide had me download skse and engine fixes. Upon going into console skse verifies by calling up the version number, yet I cannot get SkyUI to work. In game using a controller it pull the vanilla menus. Upon more research I discovered the SkyUI 5.2 SE Plugin with Master Added mod here https://www.nexusmods.
My game won't even recognize sky UI. I'm new to Skyrim mods but as far as I know I did everything correctly. I installed the anniversary SKSE 64 and installed the mod through vortex. It's just not recognizing it and I have no idea why.
17 sty 2019 · You can fix it manually all you want, but every time you use the game's "Mods" controls it will re-disable SkyUI. There are two ways to permanently fix this: Get an actual competent mod manager (Vortex) that doesn't disable SkyUI and never touch the game's "Mods" controls again; AND/OR; Use SSEEdit to add Skyrim.esm as a Master to SkyUI_SE.esp.
