Recover a legendary Legion artifact and obtain the blessing of Kynareth. Travel to Castle Dour and read the Emperor's letter. Locate the camp southeast of Fort Greymoor and defeat the Alik'r mercenaries. Take the key from Majid and recover the cursed Lord's Mail. Go to Kynareth's shrine at the Temple of the Divines to claim the Lord's Mail.
There's a guaranteed one on Solstheim on the Shrine of Kynareth between the Earth Stone and Bloodskal Barrow. Sometimes sold at Radiant Raiment in Solitude. Or go to a Stormcloak camp, quicksave and kill them all until you find one wearing it.

Looking to finish building all the shrines at my house, but cannot find these two amulets. Been playing for a while, and haven’t found them on random loot. I’ve looked at the temple of Kynareth & shrine in Skyrim, but no luck. I’ve tried dropping by Radiance jewellery shop a few times with no luck! Anyone know where I can find them?
Hey, so at the temple of Mara, you can purchase an Amulet of Mara at any time for 200 gold. I'd like to do the same at the Temple of Kynareth in Whiterun, with Dialogue and everything. Actually, come to think of it, we should be able to buy an Amulet of Arkay from his priests throughout Skyrim, too.
