Custom Skills Framework got a pretty substantial update that allows us to add more trees to the vanilla skill menu, as well as new skill books and trainer capabilities. There are a few more backend changes, most notably a few new papyrus functions. Constellations is a vanilla themed skill tree pack that adds 3 new trees to the game.
Make sure to get the {Campfire and Frostfall Unofficial SSE Update} if you grab these though. {Hunterborn} adds survival skills related to hunting and foraging and {CACO} adds a cooking skill (although it also adds a bunch of alchemy adjustments you might not want, so watch out for that).
