There are very few mods for Skyrim that add new dialogue to existing NPCs owing to the difficulty of voicing those lines - it's no longer completely impossible due to xVASynth, but the AI-generated lines aren't always the best quality.

Honestly, with a single exception everything good can be found on Nexus. If it isn't on Nexus, I can find a good alternative here. The only exception is AFKmods that hosts Arthmoor's village mods. The mods used to be on Nexus (re-affirming the rule that everything good is on Nexus), but because Arthmoor is an ass, he pulled them away.
there's been a few times where I've run into some real hidden gems on there only for their mod authors to take them down from the nexus without hosting them somewhere else. can any of y'all share the mods you know have been hidden from the LE and SE nexus's as well as any potential download links for them? i know some author by the name of ...
If you're just starting out with mods, I highly recommend a mod manager. I use Vortex from Nexus Mods and it saves all the mod files in a separate location from the game directory. It has been indespensible in troubleshooting the game and I don't have to worry about losing my load order if I need to reinstall the game files.
