Download the Vortex Mod Manager from Nexus. You can alternatively download Mod Organizer 2 which a lot of people here will recommend. Personally, I use Vortex because MO2 scares and confuses me and asking for help with it seems like inviting the sending of a "Let Me Google That For You!" link.
Looking some new sites with different mods that the 2 I use. I seen a few on Google but I don't know if they're trustworthy to download from.
I have listed Player Homes and Dungeons here, but there is no true alternative to those. Instead, I suggest you browse through Nexus and find ones that suit you! Legacy of the Dragonborn, listed her a lot, adds tons of new content, a player home, and supports almost every major quest/new world mod, and virtually every other popular mod, too.
