14 wrz 2024 · my script extender won't update to V20, cause it says V20 doesn't support game versions before 4.57. the script extender version text also does not appear in my game menu, indicative that it doesn't exist even when downloaded.
21 lut 2024 · Script Extender not updating, unavailable.... I have everything set to auto-update, from game to mods in my manager. Game is still playable, but without the mod that depend on the script extender, it's far less enjoyable.

20 lut 2024 · Script Extender needs to be updated due to the latest Hotfix causing a SLEW of issues now due to things being changed around. An update is in the works right now, but I suggest waiting until mods and SE is updated before trying to play with any mods at this time as there has been a huge slew of issues due to this hotfix.
3 lis 2023 · If your game is updated, but the Script Extender isn’t, or vice versa, this can create problems. Sometimes updating doesn’t work, and you should try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
12 wrz 2023 · Just a side note here, in case your Script Extender is having issues (not working or not updating).: Go to C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\BG3ScriptExtender\ScriptExtender and delete everything that exists in there launch the game again and it should give you the current version.
13 wrz 2023 · Everything is updated but a mod author asked me to try it using the mod manager to download and install the script extender. This tools option is and always has been greyed out for me. I posted on the BG3MM site but have gotten no response.
