The Nolvus Dashboard included the following features : Compatible with Nexus (premium and non premium account) Fully compatible with all Nolvus mod lists. Automatically search, download, extract and install mods. Fully compliant with Mod Organizer 2. Handle ini files.
You don't need the premium if you aren't in a hurry. Wabbajack keeps multiple mods in download queue, so you can play a game and Alt+Tab every 30 minutes to click Download. Some mods download instantly, but after clicking for a while you should have your queue full of mods that are at least 100 MB.

A: You need to have a Nexus premium account to have full automatic downloads. If you susbcribe to Nexus Premium, you will maybe have to wait a bit until the Nexus API synchronizes. You will see your premium status in the bottom right corner of the Nolvus Dashboard.
Nolvus’ manual installation guide is probably the best modding documentation I’ve seen. Works great as documentation for modding on top of Nolvus too (which is what I and many others do). The auto installer can get a great modlist up and running in less than a half day (with Nexus Premium).
After checking around I kept seeing people mention Nolvus and how great it is. I looked into it and it does look pretty amazing. The problem is I don’t have Skyrim AE. I have the most up-to-date version of SE but Nolvus says that I need that actual AE update. Is it worth spending the $20 for the AE upgrade that I would otherwise never consider?
