This game is for the most part playable now with some dips in the framerate. I have an i5-9600KF and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660. I made it to level 11 playing through the emulator with 125% resolution using Vulkan. The only problem is random crashes from entering certain places or playing too long.

I've completed Skyrim Legendary Edition on PS3. It's still good but keep a few backup saves.
Skyrim: Legendary Edition -- the best version for PS3? So, based on the research I've done so far, I'm pretty sure this is the case...but is TESV:S-LE considered the "definitive" or "ultimate" edition for the PS3? I'm aware of how much worse this game runs on PS3 compared to other platforms.
