Solving is very easy and straightforward. All you need to do is to repeatedly hit any same side cube until you get it to the goal. Then, you can solve it from there. That's it. This will work every time because since a side cube is never touched, you are changing the middle cube until it matches said side cube.

You go into Folgunthur looking for the Gauldar Amulet, you loot the Ebony Claw off of Daynas Valen and then use it to cross the bridge, after the bridge to the right (after a few Draugr) is a lever puzzle. 2 levers on the right, 2 on the left. They control 4 gates.
