And everything depends on what mods you decide to include. There is no definitive guide, unless you find one where someone has already done up instructions for a very specific mod list (like Lexy's).

25 lip 2024 · This is intentionally a light weight mod list intended for no/low conflicts, while making the game look slightly more fantastical, and being a good load order for upcoming mods such as Skyrim Extended Cut. Feel free to share your mod list below.
But, yes, you should always have it all in the order that it came out in descending order, and it should be at the top of the load order. Otherwise, you run the risk of certain mods not working or really screwing up your Skyrim.

Below is a mod load order structure that has been borrowed from reddit’s Aleithian and his research. This has also been tested by myself as providing a smooth gameplay with minimal crashing (only in Lake View Manor) and occasional harmless freezing while traversing the land of Skyrim.
