I plan to follow the Tucoguide for modding and add anything Bosmer specific as I go. The character I've come up with is an unarmed/combat archer who is a Green Pact follower with a goal of doing anything she can to destroy the Thalmor and save Valenwood.
Imagine a giant aldmeri citadel in the mountains, a tiny haven for the disenfranchised elves of Skyrim, perhaps with a few snow elves hiding there as well?
