Beyond Skyrim will eventually take you to Black Marsh, that's the only modding team I can think of. They intend to try and recreate all of Tamriel's provinces in Skyrim.
When the Beyond Skyrim team releases their next project, it's not gonna be like what those Valenwood and Black Marsh mods are currently offering: Empty, unfinished provinces with nothing to do but walk around and take in the sights.

I have several mods ranging from medium to big in size set in every other province in Tamriel and even beyond except for the Black Marsh. I was looking for ColemanAllens Black Marsh mod as well as his Valenwood mod but I see they're still not back up for the general public on Nexus.
