TL;DR: Bought an electric scooter on Amazon for $650 (normally $1750) yesterday. Seller was new with no reviews, item didn't ship, seller's storefront changed drastically, and Amazon support was unhelpful.
I have purchased two scooters off of Amazon, so far. One of them I returned when it developed a problem after two weeks of light use (GoTrax XR Elite). Thanks to Amazon's return policy, there was no hassle involved and I was given a refund within one week.
