18 lis 2019 · Download the SKSE Build for your game version from the Files tab. Extract all files inside the top-level folder in the ZIP to your game folder (where Skyrim.exe is located). Run the game using skse64_loader.exe.

Installing the SkyUI 5.2 SE Plugin with Master Added is recommended to address any issues with the Bethesda Mods menu for those who use it. Again, it is highly recommended a modern mod manager like Vortex or MO2 is used instead of the in-game Mods menu.
If you have [exactly] the Skyrim SE version of the game (1.5.97, you can right-click on the game .exe file and see the version there) - get SKSE for 1.5.97. If you're on AE (it's still named Skyrim Special Edition in your game library, it's the .exe that differs) - get the current AE version, and VR version for VR.
