18 mar 2013 · Most commonly, children are evaluated first by their primary care physician, sometimes with symptoms highly suggestive of an allergic disease (e.g. seasonal rhinitis and conjunctivitis), or with symptoms where allergy is part of the differential diagnosis (e.g. recurrent vomiting in an infant).
