I ordered a pair of ski on Ski Essential's website. Not knowing them, I had limited expectations. 24h later the ski were packed, shipped, tracking number received. As I had possible issues with UPS, i reached SkiEssentials and their team were very responsive, providing instant response with accurate info.
They are absolutely awesome company based out of Stowe, VT. Like others have mentioned check out their YouTube channel. Do excellent gear reviews and have a great Instagram @StoweSnowReport where they report on the conditions every day.
My gf saw a pair of the new Nordica enforcer touring skis with a shift binding for $750 on ski essentials. She bought it asap. The website said they miss listed it but they'd send it to her for the price. Basically half off for the kit. So they get my vote cause they could have fucked her.
Ski essentials has a set with bindings that's significantly cheaper then anything else I can find. Have you bought through them? what was your experience? I bought skis from there; it was a closeout and there was an inventory error so they actually didn’t have it, but they refunded my card in full.
Best customer service and great skis. Ordered these skis and bindings a few weeks ago, and they were delivered a week earlier than the scheduled date. However, there was a slight issue with the shipment and I contacted SkiEssentials.com about it, receiving a thorough and very helpful reply within 24 hours, offering compensation or an exchange.
Ski Essentials has the best customer service. I've ordered several pair of skis from them. Their prices are the best, shipping is fee and very quick. They are very responsive via phone and email. This is important when spending hundreds of dollars on an item. They even gave me store credit when the price of a recent pair of skis dropped.
