Step 1. Create a new mail account on your PC/mobile phone by entering your email account and password. Step 2. Check your outlook settings and ensure your email servers are set up as: Incoming Email Server set to ' imap.singnet.com.sg ', and Incoming port to 993. Outgoing Email Server set to ' smtp.singnet.com.sg ' and Outgoing port to 465.
As part of this change, we’re no longer allowing SingNet email accounts to log in to Singtel OnePass services. For OnePass login, you’ll need to log in using alternative emails or mobile numbers linked to your OnePass account. You may also use SingPass if you’re the main account holder.
If you are unable to access or setup your email account is due to your credential issue, please contact 1606 and select <Option 1> for Sales General and Enquiry to reset the SingNet email password.
