Create a new mail account on your PC/mobile phone by entering your email account and password. Incoming Email Server set to ' imap.singnet.com.sg ', and Incoming port to 993. Outgoing Email Server set to ' smtp.singnet.com.sg ' and Outgoing port to 465. User ID and Password is compulsory for both incoming and outgoing.

As part of this change, we’re no longer allowing SingNet email accounts to log in to Singtel OnePass services. For OnePass login, you’ll need to log in using alternative emails or mobile numbers linked to your OnePass account. You may also use SingPass if you’re the main account holder.
