Are you planning on filling them digitally? A pdf sounds difficult for that. I'd recommend the alphacross app. It is free and has access to loads of daily puzzles that you can download for offline use.
It's free, updated every couple months, and has nearly every entry that has appeared in the most popular crosswords (LAT, NYT, WSJ, Newsday, Universal, USA Today...). Don't think there's any other list that does the same thing.
I can save the daily NYT crossword as a PDF, but I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a puzzle book in PDF format. I don't see that as an option on Amazon or Barnes & Noble, and just searching online hasn't brought anything up.

If you wish, you can download the PDF file and email it to anyone, upload it to your blog or website, etc. Feel free to share the puzzles but not sell them. Some of these puzzles can also be solved online.
